Inspection & Testing

Inspection & testing activities are conducted to verify that manufactured components meet defined technical requirements.
Depending on the product and application, verification may include dimensional checks, visual inspection, material verification and functional evaluation.

Inspection scope and methods are selected based on risk level, customer specifications and applicable standards.
Results provide objective evidence for product conformity and support acceptance decisions without replacing process control responsibilities.

Our Inspection & Testing program ensures that all products meet or exceed customer specifications and international standards. All inspections are conducted under a controlled, documented, and traceable process, aligned with ISO 9001:2015.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

  • Ensures structural integrity without damaging the component

  • Methods include:

    • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

    • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

    • Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

    • Radiographic Testing (RT)

Destructive and Mechanical Testing

  • Hardness testing (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers)

  • Tensile, impact, and fatigue tests

  • Dimensional verification with calibrated instruments

  • Surface finish and roughness inspection

Calibration and Verification

  • All measuring tools and gauges are periodically calibrated

  • Verification performed prior to inspections to ensure accuracy

  • Records retained for traceability and ISO audits

Internal Records and Documentation

  • Detailed inspection and testing reports are maintained

  • Includes test results, calibration logs, and process compliance records

  • Supports continuous improvement and internal/external audits
