At Sino Machinery Industries, we believe that in precision casting, CNC machining and OEM manufacturing, a supplier’s integrity is as critical as the dimensional accuracy of its components. With 30 years of manufacturing behind us, we have built our reputation on absolute discretion and a consistent commitment to business ethics.

We recognise that our partners entrust us with more than orders: they entrust us with their competitive advantages, proprietary designs and strategic operational data.

2 · Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Zero-leakage policy

We enforce a rigorous internal protocol to ensure that no client-specific blueprints, custom designs or site-specific operational insights are ever disclosed, repurposed or shared with third parties.

Respect for intellectual property

We do not sell or market proprietary components developed for a specific partner to any other entity. Our role is to manufacture to your documentation — not to resell your innovation.

Scope of the undertaking

Confidentiality applies to drawings, specifications, tooling, process parameters and any operational information obtained in the course of a programme. It survives the end of that programme, and it is not limited by the volume of the orders placed under it.

3 · Professional Anonymity

While we supply many of the world’s leading industrial groups, across sectors from aluminium smelting to oil and gas infrastructure, we purposefully refrain from using client names or logos in our public marketing materials.

Competence over names

We prefer to demonstrate capability through anonymised performance data, metallurgical certification to ASTM, ISO and EN standards, and 30 years of shipment history — rather than compromising client privacy for promotional gain.

What this means in practice

• Customer identities are not published, including in case studies and project lists.
• Custom-engineered parts are not displayed at trade shows or in catalogues without explicit written consent.
• Where a reference is genuinely required by your own approval process, it is handled privately and with your permission, not published.

4 · Ethical Supply Chain, Labour Rights and Quality Consistency

We operate with transparency regarding our manufacturing standards and certifications, while maintaining confidentiality regarding our clients’ identities and specifications. We are equally committed to ethical labour practices across our operations and supply chain.

Standard-based production

Our production is certified to ISO 9001 and aligned with international standards including ASTM A27, A148 and A128. Our manufacturing know-how is ours; your component design belongs exclusively to you.

Anti-corruption

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bribery, unethical procurement practices, or any form of conflict of interest in our supply chain.

No child labour

We strictly prohibit the use of child labour across our operations and require equivalent standards from all supply chain partners.

Responsible sourcing and forced labour

We do not engage in or tolerate any form of coerced labour, debt bondage, or exploitation of workers in any part of our supply chain. Our compliance framework is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; where we serve customers in other jurisdictions, we respect the applicable requirements on forced labour and responsible sourcing in those jurisdictions.

Anti-discrimination and anti-harassment

We are committed to a workplace free from gender discrimination and sexual harassment, with clear reporting and resolution processes in place for all employees.

Freedom of religion and belief

We respect the religious and cultural diversity of our workforce and do not discriminate on the basis of faith or belief.
